As Interim Manager I support you in dealing with staff shortages, overcoming crises and executing change management. In doing so, I focus on raising the level of performance as well as the productivity.
Due to my fourteen years in management roles, I understand the problems and needs of companies in terms of executing projects and implementing change.
Establishing practical and proven solutions within mid-sized companies makes up one of the key elements of my work.
